Rooted in Coffee, Driven by Curiosity

Hi, I’m Katie. My journey through coffee has taken me from corporate chains to neighborhood cafés to the behind-the-scenes world of launching new coffee shops. I’ve worn a lot of hats—barista, trainer, program facilitator—and each one has shaped the way I see this industry: a constantly evolving craft rooted in connection and care.

I’m passionate about making coffee education more accessible, less pretentious, and deeply intentional. Great coffee doesn’t have to be complicated— a little guidance and a lot of curiosity goes a long way. 

In the world of coffee there is always more to explore, taste, and understand. My hope is to provide at-home coffee enthusiasts and baristas the confidence and skills to make truly delicious drinks on their own machines, in their own space.
